Day 7 evening: the family arrived
My daughters arrived with Minne at 8:00. I had a huge feast of the different types of focaccia bread, vegetable tarts, etc. that I had bought at the market. It was feast everyone enjoyed! Especially because everyone was so tired from their journey. I though I had too much food but they also wanted the handmade pansotti I purchased with the local pesto. Minne preferred his own Pesto, Sarah preferred this milder (more basil less other stuff) intense basil of Liguria and Esther wasn’t touching that conversation with a ten foot pole.
We had a great dinner. We then went for a night walk to a gelato place that Sarah found on her phone.
